Ngl - I’m happy to have actually made it to 100 posts!

It’s really helped that for my purposes, it can be just “I’m doing other stuff” or “I’m beat, so just posting to keep discipline.” When I’ve tried this in the past, the tyranny of “having something meaningful to say” becomes an idol.

Sometimes the exercise isn’t for gains, it’s for discipline itself so as to build character.

And when that happens, sometimes all you can do is just the bare minimum to meet the goal.
